DELETE YOUR DATA.

Under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the California CCPA you have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Use the form below and we’ll process your request within 30 days — usually within a week.

What we’ll delete

  • Your waitlist signup, including your email address, location, run-frequency answer, and submission metadata (timestamp, user-agent, referrer).
  • When the App is live: your App account and all data linked to it, including any HealthKit data you previously synced to us.

What we have to keep

We’re required to keep a small audit record of your deletion request itself — your email address, the date, and whether/when we fulfilled it — so we can prove to regulators that we honoured the request. We keep this for up to 6 years. It’s not used for any other purpose.
